YUNGBLUD Dives Deep Into The Abyss With A New Album

Dominic Richard Harrison aka YUNGBLUD is well-known for his eccentric style and iconic smudged eyeliner. But the character is much more than a collage of post-apo and neo-punk image ques. The renowned artist, YUNGBLUD creates music that is resonating and harmonising loud screams from the depths of the soul. The music infuriates, starts a storm, and consoles the listener in a gentle understanding. YUNGBLUD is the artist’s latest self-titled album, his fifth collection of tracks to date. A must-hear for all who love alt-rock and the pop-punk music scene.

With millions of streams and plays across all digital platforms, the album is a major success. It opens up with the song “The Funeral”. The single has its own music video that depicts the artist in soon to be classic scenes like digging his own grave and getting run over by a car.

The imagery speaks volumes, as Harrison slowly leads the listener to the core of the album at the very end. In “Die For A Night”, he says “will anyone mind it, will everyone like it, if I could die for a night?”. This question opens up Pandora’s box of emotions, bringing to light several cases of young talents dying while the entire world seemed unconcerned.

Thirteen tracks, all vibrant, loud, and energetic, and all of them evoking fierce unapologetic emotions. YUNGBLUD is a master of his art and it shows. Over the years, he has gathered a huge audience with around 10M monthly listeners and hit songs like “11 Minutes”, “parents”, “I Think I’m OKAY” that garnered over 800 million streams.
