The festival returns to Buena Vista Lake in Central California this May 20-25.
The Lightning In a Bottle 2020 lineup is here, and it's massive. Today (Jan. 14), the festival announced it will feature Kaytranada, Sylvan Esso, Griz, Purity Ring, Four Tet, Big Wild, Nina Kraviz, Jon Hopkins and a DJ set from James Blake as headliners, along with a long list of other electronic all-stars spread across three stages.
This year, Lightning In a Bottle returns to Buena Vista Lake in Central California — where the festival moved to last year from another Cenral California site — and again will be held during Memorial Day weekend, when the event has traditionally taken place since launching in the early 2000s.
Since its debut, Lightning In a Bottle has become a nexus of the West Coast transformational festival circuit, with a vast educational component including workshops, talks and loads of yoga, meditation, juicing, chakra aligning and other vibration raising fun taking place throughout the event. Programming for these workshops will be released in the coming months. Lightning In a Bottle producers, The Do Lab, are also returning to Coachella this April for their annual stage at the SoCal mega-fest.
This year, Lightning In a Bottle is offering an early arrival pass that will allow attendees to enter on Wednesday in order to avoid ingress headaches and start the party a day early. Early arrival privileges will include a lakeside opening party with music by the Desert Hearts crew. Tickets for Lightning In a Bottle are on sale now.
