Roddy Ricch Hits No. 1 on Hot 100 Songwriters Chart, Thanks to 'The Box' & More

He boasts six concurrent Hot 100 entries.

As Roddy Ricch scores his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, with "The Box" rising to the top of the chart dated Jan. 18, the rapper concurrently hits No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Songwriters chart for the first time, powered by the track and five other entries on the Hot 100.

Ricch co-wrote "The Box" with 30Roc (real name Samuel Gloade), who debuts at No. 3 on Hot 100 Songwriters and leads the Hot 100 Producers chart for the first time, as he solely produced the single.

Here's a look at all of Ricch's songwriting credits on the latest Hot 100:

Tones and I (real name Toni Watson), who led Hot 100 Songwriters a week earlier, dips to No. 2, although her breakthrough hit "Dance Monkey" holds at its No. 7 high on the Hot 100.

The weekly Hot 100 Songwriters and Hot 100 Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot 100; plus, genre-based songwriter and producer charts follow the same methodology based on corresponding "Hot"-named genre charts. As with Billboard's yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).
