After the release of their album, Greatest Hits, earlier this year, Waterparks quickly became one of my favorite bands. Their records capture their energetic sound and their live shows are no different. The night was also full of special surprises as Mikey Way of My Chemical Romance joined the band to bass for the second half of their set and there was an on-stage marriage proposal before the band played the heartfelt track, “Lucky People”.
