It is challenging to predict how the industry will adapt to the new reality set before itself, but one thing that is crystal clear is that there are artists we are looking forward to hearing in 2021. 2020 was full of new promising up-and-coming female artists who definitely captured our interest. 5.Biig Piig
Jessica Smyth, an Irish singer, and rapper, better known as Biig Piig performs her riot music in Spanish and English. She signed a major label deal with RCA in 2019 and completed her trilogy of EPs, showcasing her electrifying and wild nature. Her music sounds exciting, and we can’t wait for her to unleash her debut album soon in 2021.

The British R&B upstart Kara Marni is a graduate of the BRIT School, known as a modern-day Fame academy with alums like Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Leona Lewis, to mention a few. Submerging into the depths of a modern R&B sound, the artist brings her signature-style to the scene. She is close to showcasing her full potential and taking the industry by storm in 2021.
3.Vallyre
Boston, Massachusetts-based pop/dance artist Vallyre already surprised the audience with a new release in 2021. The song is a thematically and musically perfect follow-up to the artist’s critically acclaimed and fan-favorable 2020 hit single “Bloodsweat.” The new track is titled “Dynamite” and makes sure the artist will have a dynamite year ahead. With empowering message, catchy soundscapes, the bold dance/pop experimentative body of work instantly electrifies and inspires the audience.
