Pabllo Vittar & Thalia Gives Us the Collab We Needed With Sensual 'Timida’ Video

The wait is finally over, Thalia and Pabllo Vittar fans, as the two Latin divas have officially dropped the music video to their first-ever collaboration “Timida,” out Friday (March 20).

The Mexican pop singer and Brazilian drag superstar first announced their joint track in December 2019, sharing a photo of the two posing together in an alley setting with purple lighting and fully geared in white lingerie. Three months later, “Timida” comes to life, a fierce, unapologetic and empowering track about a woman who’s not shy at all and is exploring her sexuality.

The infectious dance tune, which marks the first single from the second installment of Vittar’s forthcoming trilingual album 111, is an explosion of Brazilian funk, cumbia, urban, and other global rhythms.

“Working with Thalía was very special,” Vittar said in an official statement. “It is an honor for me to have her in my album. She is a true queen who participates in the entire work process. I look forward to seeing people dancing and expressing themselves through our music.”

Thalia added: “I loved being with Pabllo. She has charisma, talent, she is skillful, a real pop diva. We had so much fun working together. The video clip is sexy, caliente with a lot of choreographies. I am sure it will inspire many women to feel sexy and empowered.”

“Timida” is accompanied by a music video directed by Gustavo Camacho that spotlights the unique and vibrant personalities of both stars as they’re being watched by big brother’s inquisitive lens. In true Pabllo and Thalia fashion, the vibrant clip is full of energy, dynamic dancing, special effects, and radiant costumes.
