Kill Gosling recently signed with We’re Trying, and we’re excited to premiere the band’s debut single with the label. It’s called “Cow Tools,” and it officially drops tomorrow, but we’ve got an exclusive stream right now. It’s a short and furious burst of candy-coated punk a la Prince Daddy or Joyce Manor. The song is in and out in only 90 seconds, and you do not want to miss it. The band shares that “I wrote this song early last year after a night of heavy drinking. It’s about that particular brand of crawling anxiety I’ve only ever experienced in a crowded bar, and attempting to understand when we’re critiquing our behavior through a lens of self disdain vs. a genuine empathy for ourselves, and the people around us.”
