He surpasses Ariana Grande for the fourth-most time on top.
Post Malone returns to No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart (dated Jan. 18), rising 2-1 to become the top musical act in the U.S. for a 14th total week.
Post revisits the summit thanks, in part, to a trio of hits on the Billboard Hot 100: "Circles" dips to No. 3, after three nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1; "Take What You Want," featuring Ozzy Osbourne and Travis Scott, ranks at No. 66, after reaching No. 8; and "Enemies," featuring DaBaby, places at No. 89, after peaking at No. 16.
All three of Post's albums concurrently chart on the Billboard 200: his newest, Hollywood's Bleeding, ranks at No. 2 with 65,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data, followed by beerbongs & bentleys (No. 17; 22,000) and Stoney (No. 32; 16,000).
The rapper/singer passes Ariana Grande for a solo share of the fourth-most total weeks spent at No. 1 on the Artist 100, dating to the chart's 2014 launch. Taylor Swift holds the record for the most time in charge, 37 weeks, followed by Drake (31) and The Weeknd (15).
The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
Roddy Ricch leaps 8-2 on the Artist 100 as the rapper's "The Box" becomes his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and his LP Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
Rounding out the Artist 100's top five, Billie Eilish holds at No. 3; Justin Bieber vaults 22-4, as his new single "Yummy" starts at No. 2 on the Hot 100; and DaBaby holds at No. 5.
