One of the crucial safety measures to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is to stay at home and social distance yourself from others, especially those who are sick.
Many Latin music artists have taken matters into their own hands and canceled or postponed their upcoming events and are following the protective quarantine guidelines. While some have gone back home to be with family, such as CNCO’s Joel Pimentel in Los Angeles, others are spending their time at home with their significant other.

After keeping tight-lipped about his relationship status, Bad Bunny has made it Instagram official via videos posted on his feed and stories during the quarantine. In the video below, the Puerto Rican artist and his girl are arm wrestling and playing Jenga together.
CHIQUIS & LORENZO MENDEZ
Chiquis, who’s spending quarantine with her husband Lorenzo Mendez, penned a heartfelt message about his great qualities and why she’s blessed to have him in her life. “This is my quarantine partner, and I’m so glad and thankful to God he chose him to be with me at this very moment,” she noted.

In the midst of the global health crisis, Daddy Yankee and his wife Mireddys are celebrating 25 years of marriage. On their silver wedding anniversary, the reggaeton singer wrote a sweet message, calling her a total queen. “In these difficult times, I continue to be infected with your love. She is my crown,” he said.

Sebastian Yatra is at home in Colombia and Tini is in Argentina. Karol G and Anuel AA are both following the CDC guidelines and spending quarantine at their home in Miami. Making the best out of the situation, they have even filmed a silly video to Cardi B’s “Coronavirus Remix.” Watch it below.
Since the outbreak of the coronavirus disease at the end of 2019, more than 184,000 people have contracted the disease, resulting in more than 7,500 deaths according to the World Health Organization. Covid-19 has reached more than 150 countries and every U.S. state.
Basic protective measures against the novel coronavirus, according to WHO, include washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand sanitizer, maintaining social distancing at least three feet between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing, and avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
