While Mother Monster is currently storming up the charts with her long-awaited comeback single “Stupid Love” — which bowed at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 upon its release — her new relationship with the tech CEO made headlines late last month when his ex-girlfriend’s empowering essay comparing herself to the pop star in The New York Times went viral.
