Heat up a pan with some butter, and make your pancake batter (after a few attempts, I learned it’s best to to make the batter a bit thicker than the box suggests). Then, place the prepared batter into your plastic bag or squeeze bottle.
When the pan is hot, cut open a little hole at the bottom of your plastic bag (N/A if you’re using a squeeze bottle) and pour little dots of batter onto the pan (like, cereal-sized dollops). And when the dots start bubbling, flip them over and cook on the other side.
Transfer the mini pancakes to a bowl, and add whatever your heart desires! I dressed mine up with maple syrup (the authentic Canadian stuff, of course), and blueberries. I ate one bowl without milk and one with, for the ultimate cereal experience.
