Multitalented artist Aicha Dosso found a perfect formula for creating timeless music. Her song “Bien,” a beautiful mixture of French Cabaret music and New York City-inspired energy, fascinates immediately. Music is not Aicha’s only passion. She is a gifted creative soul in search of beauty and not afraid of expressing herself in different art forms. After studying English at La Sorbonne, the young artist moved to NYC to study method acting at the acclaimed Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She played in the award-winning feature BYE BYE AFRICA, and in a 2010 film CEREMONY alongside Uma Thurman.
As Aicha is starting her journey in the music industry, she wants to revive Parisian-style musical cabaret’s forgotten art, considering it her true calling. Her parents were admirers of Edith Piaf, and it had a massive influence on her music. Sill, she wants to bring her own style into the genre and adds a special New York flavor to her songs.
