Bulgarelli first came to my attention with last year’s Wanda / Club 33 single, a delightful if tantalizingly brief shot of emo a la I Feel Fine and Braid. Thankfully, the Bolognese four-piece is back barely over a year later with their debut LP, Fat Animals, out Friday. We’re excited to premiere the album’s single, “Exploring a Drawer,” which finds the group in their most natural mode. Bulgarelli makes exactly the sort of music that we here at The Alternative absolutely love, and “Exploring a Drawer” is a perfect introduction to the band.
