Alaskan Bush People star Gabriel “Gabe” Brown and his wife, Raquell Brown, are officially parting ways after seven years of marriage. The couple, whose relationship was a focal point of the long-running Discovery Channel series, has decided to end their union, with court documents filed on Sept. 22 indicating that the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”
The separation appears to have been in motion for several months. According to reports, the pair has been living apart since April, with Raquell residing in Minnesota while Gabe, 36, has remained in Washington.

She has also submitted a proposed parenting plan to the court and is seeking a fair division of their shared personal property. Additionally, the filing notes that Raquell is reserving the right to request spousal support and is asking that Gabe cover her attorney fees.
Gabe’s brother, Bear Brown, confirmed the news of the split on Sept. 29. “Yes, Gabe is getting divorced. Stuff happens,” he stated. “I hope that everything can be done peacefully and work out and everything be what’s best for the children, because that’s what you should do.”
The couple first met in 2018 after being introduced by Gabe’s sister, Rain Brown.
