Kane Brown Suffers Concussion and Requires Stitches After Golf Accident

Country music sensation Kane Brown was recently sidelined following a frightening incident on the golf course. The singer revealed that he sustained a Kane Brown concussion and required extensive medical attention after being struck in the head by a stray golf ball. The injury forced the “Miles On It” singer to withdraw from a highly anticipated appearance in Nashville.

Images shared by the artist illustrate the severity of the impact, showing a significant laceration along his ear. According to Brown, the wound required 23 stitches to close. Despite the trauma, he maintained a positive outlook, telling fans via Instagram Story, “They said it will probably get worse [the] next 48 hours, but I’m [alive] and that’s all that matters.”

The accident occurred just before Brown was scheduled to perform at the “Tight Ends & Friends” concert, an event held in conjunction with Tight End University. While Brown was unable to take the stage, the evening continued with notable performances from Taylor Swift and Lainey Wilson, who surprised the audience with a rendition of “Love Story.” Other country mainstays, including Dan + Shay and Chase Rice, also participated in the three-day event founded by NFL stars George Kittle, Greg Olsen, and Travis Kelce.

This health scare comes during a busy period for Brown. His latest single, “Woman,” has been gaining traction ahead of a yet-to-be-released album. This follows the success of his 2025 project, The High Road, which produced hits like “Backseat Driver” and “I Can Feel It.” While the identity of the person who hit the ball remains unknown, Brown’s team is monitoring his recovery closely as he prepares for his next scheduled tour date in Wisconsin.
