The facility, officially titled Alan Jackson’s Silverbelly Whiskey Distillery and Museum, will serve as a multi-functional space where the beverage—introduced by Jackson in 2022—will be blended and bottled on-site. In a unique twist for the local museum scene, visitors aged 21 and older will be permitted to tour the exhibits with a glass of whiskey in hand, offering a more relaxed and spirited approach to the traditional gallery experience.
Located at 121 3rd Ave. South, the museum occupies a prime piece of real estate in the heart of downtown Nashville. The site previously housed Show Pony and the Johnny Cash Bar and BBQ.
