Video Interview: On The Road With Sexual Jeremy
Posted: by The Editor
Toxic sludge, Wyoming weekday ragers, zine-making houses, Dunkin’ Donuts bootleg merch and a van that actually had air conditioning and some room to see out the back window: Sexual Jeremy’s recent West Coast tour truly had it all.
The Denton, Texas-based experimental rock band (comprised of drummer/vocalist Cody Cantu, bassist Adam Nelson, and guitarists Ethan Hope and Mills Chaiken) swung across the left side of the U.S. this summer for an extremely DIY tour, and they were kind enough to chat with me at the tail end of it for a very special tour-recap episode of The Alt’s music talk show Get Involved. Watch the full video to get the inside scoop on the Sexual Jeremy live experience, featuring Instagram clips from @pronunciacionsumergida, @ctnrt, and @earmenu.
Sexual Jeremy’s latest album The Real Sexual Jeremy is available on Bandcamp here.
