An all-star roster of singers and actors will be on hand on Friday (Dec. 20) when NBC presents the Global Citizen Prize prime-time special.
The inaugural awards ceremony from London's Royal Albert Hall will celebrate "individuals taking action to end extreme poverty and presents notable presenter and powerful video packages telling revealing stories of action and impact."
John Legend will host and perform on the show, which will also feature performances from Jennifer Hudson, Raphael Saadiq, Sting, Stormzy, H.E.R. and Coldplay's Chris Martin. The special event, slated to air at 8 p.m. EST, will feature presenters Connie Britton, Emma Bunton, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Jason Derulo, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Leona Lewis, Himesh Patel and Kal Penn.
