Japan's SKY-HI Shares Slapstick 'Don't Worry Baby Be Happy' Video With Thai Singer Stamp: Watch

J-pop rapper SKY-HI dropped the new music video for “Don’t Worry Baby Be Happy,” his latest trilingual single featuring Thai pop star Stamp.

SKY-HI recruited MMM of Studio Ishi to direct the slapstick comedy visuals featuring Stamp cosplaying as a doctor, sushi chef, magician, Shinto priest and a stereotypical music producer with a pink cardigan draped over his shoulders.

The pajama-clad rapper finds himself encountering the Thai singer-songwriter over and over again in various dreamlike situations, complete with dancing geishas, zombies, shrine maidens and young people in the background. Watch below:

“The times, and timing, makes it easy to think about things in a dark, depressing way,” said the rapper, whose real name is Mitsuhiro Hidaka. “I’m sure this song and video will serve as a strong and enjoyable element in your life. Even if things aren’t OK… no, because things aren’t OK, let’s say with our heads held high, ‘Don’t Worry Baby Be Happy!'”
