Jennifer Lopez is making everyone do a double-take. Not only is she the face of the Versace spring/summer 2020 campaign, but she was just announced today (Jan. 14) as the returning face of the Guess & Marciano worldwide spring 2020 campaign.
"I am thrilled to welcome Jennifer back for a second campaign with Guess and Marciano. Jennifer continues to push boundaries in the music, fashion and film industries and represents everything a Guess Girl is — confident, sensual and adventurous," said Paul Marciano, chief creative officer of Guess? Inc., in a press statement. "This campaign shines a spotlight on Jennifer’s natural beauty and showcases exactly why she is celebrated as a true icon."
Lopez's first time being a Guess Girl was two years ago during the spring 2018 campaign, when the multihyphenate became the oldest Guess Girl in brand history at 48 years old. Now at 50, the superstar shows off her tousled locks in front of palm trees and red convertibles for a Hollywood glam campaign.
"Whenever I do a collaboration, I always think of a character that I can play and be and we had a lot of fun doing that with this campaign. The vibe this time was a mix between an Italian film star from the '60s, mixed with Madonna from the '80s, mixed with Sophia Loren," Lopez said in the statement. "It’s so much fun to get into the character and to make that happen. The clothes and setting of the shoot really worked well together to make this campaign come to life."
Photographer Tatiana Gerusova captured Lopez in Santa Monica, Calif. wearing a cream-colored three-piece suit with a white lace bra peeking out, lime green belted bodycon knit dress, and more soft yet bold looks in saturated and black-and-white shots.
